For over two decades, we have created meaningful, sensory-rich environments for individuals, corporate clients, retailers, developers, and culturally connected communities.

Founded by Shannon Gaffney, Kyle Gaffney and Brian Collins-Friedrichs in 1999, our boutique Seattle-based design firm — with a staff of 40 — works on diverse projects across the globe that cross-pollinate and influence each other.

Through the buildings and spaces we craft, we strive to leave a positive mark on the world with humility, passion and optimism. Every new challenge has a history that influences the aesthetic and logic of our design solutions based both on creative and informed decisions.

We consider architecture as art and use our discipline as a medium for discovery. We push ourselves to investigate explore and implement innovative ideas with the objective of having a meaningful and long lasting impact.
